Rising Above Burnout: Cultivating a Mindful Workplace

Join us for an interactive panel discussion on burnout, vulnerability, and the importance of building connections. Our panelists will share their personal experiences with burnout, how they overcame it, and the role vulnerability and connection played in their journey.

Whether you’re a student, recently laid off, or a working professional, the speed networking portion of the event is an excellent opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, build new connections, potentially find a mentor or support circle that can help you on your journey.

One of the main goals of this event is to normalize conversations around burnout and vulnerability in all environments, whether you’re a student, a job seeker, or a working professional. We believe that by creating a safe space where people can share their experiences and struggles, we can break down the stigma around these topics and promote a culture of openness and support.

We’ll also include a special segment on mindfulness and self-care to promote well-being and relaxation. Through this event, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of vulnerability and connection in preventing and overcoming burnout. They will also have the opportunity to meet new people and build new connections in a supportive and inclusive environment.
