Entrepreneurship is hard. So hard, in fact, that 70% of venture-backed startups fail.
This journey can take its toll—on you, the entrepreneur, and on the systems that you’re a part of. Your family, your friends, your community. Stress, fear, and uncertainty are all a part of the process.
Taking care of yourself means taking care of your business. As an entrepreneur, you have innovative ideas, a drive to make a difference, and are putting so much of your time, energy, and resources into your business. If you ignore your mental health and well-being, you’re reducing your potential impact. Let’s increase your capacity, as well as the capacity of your business and your team, and make sure you have the resilience skills to go the distance.
