At the event, we will explore how to know your market worth and how your skills, experience, and location influence that. We will touch upon financial and non-financial components of compensation that work well for both the employee and the employer. We will also explore the role of self-worth and how it may impact your view of your market worth.

Kristina Sammut, the Founder and CEO of FRONTIER Leadership, is a highly accomplished executive leadership coach.
Kristina empowers women to lead, helping them strategically position themselves for advancement, enhancing their leadership presence, and confidently negotiating their worth.
Kristina leads flagship programs like the Career Advancement Series, Negotiating Your Worth LDI, and the Advancing Women in Leadership Executive Coaching Program. She is a past chair of the Ontario Association of Career Management and is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Maura Shaftoe, a speaker and financial coach, specializes in empowering people to bring money conversations out of the closet. She shares techniques and strategies to help people understand how to create the environment and relationships to have the right money conversations.
With over a decade in the financial services industry, she also brings years of business experience and expertise to her valued clients as a Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP), Associate Insurance Advisor, and Certified Cash Flow Specialist (CCS).
A cornerstone of Maura’s financial planning practice is dedicated to helping people maximize their earning power through effective budget, cash flow, and debt management strategies backed by behavioral science.
Janelle Loughlin HR and Recruitment Leader at Improving. Janelle is known for her award-winning HR leadership, skillful talent acquisition approaches, and abilities to shape exceptional workplace cultures. She has spearheaded numerous multi-national HR programs, leading to impactful business results and enhanced employee experiences. Janelle enjoys supporting the community and encouraging individuals to showcase their potential. She will shed light on the critical aspects of realizing your market worth and navigating important considerations in your career journey.
Monica Gupta is a Product Coach and Mentor. She is the Founder of Women in Agile & Tech, Calgary. She founded the community on a deep desire to empower women to have fulfilling careers and to live life to their full potential. Monica helps organizations excel at building innovative products and services that create customer delight. She has successfully led multimillion-dollar multi-year client-facing programs in the US, UK, Japan, India, and Canada. Her areas of focus are Organizational Leadership, Product Leadership, and Process Improvement.
