Angel Investing Unlocked by 500 Global

500 Global is offering an in-person Angel Investing Unlocked educational workshop to support upskilling of Tech Investors in Alberta. 

This tuition-free program funded by Alberta Innovates will take place June 12 – 14, 2023 in Calgary.  

500 Global is a Silicon Valley based multi-stage VC firm with over 50+ investments valued at $1Bn+ and 150+ companies valued at more than $100Mn.

In Angel Investing Unlocked 500 is opening up their investment playbook and global investment network to train and up-skill angel investors who plan to invest in startups in Alberta. 

Ideal candidates are up-and-coming angel investors who are interested in investing in Alberta or are already investing. Candidates should meet one of the following qualifications:

• High Networth Individuals who meet the accredited investor requirements;
• Startup Operators with 5 years of experience looking to sit on the other side of the table; 
• Angel Investors who have executed 1-10 angel investments
